We have many years of experience helping people turn their dreams into beautiful reality. Our success comes from communication, co-operation, and most of all, careful planning. Here we have outlined our steps to help guide you in the process. Don't worry if you forget something, we'll remind you along the way.
  1. MEET AND GREET - Our team wants to ensure that our clients are confident they have chosen the right developer. After all it's a huge investment. We would like to invite you and your family to come to get to know us. During this initial meeting, you will learn all about us and our philosophy. We will gladly take you on a tour of our current projects.
  2. CONSULTATION - Once you decide to work with our team, we will get started right away. The next step in our process is to sit down and discuss your family's wish list. During this step we will help you source a suitable lot; or if you already have one then we can set you up with some of the architects that have helped us create masterpieces in the past.
  3. PLANNING - We believe in the 5 P's. Prior planning prevents poor performance. During this step we will work closely with you, your architect, and our designer in developing the floor plan and the schematics of your home.
  4. CONSTRUCTION - After the planning the implementation begins. This is when the fun starts. Your construction timeline can vary depending on the square footage of your home, fit and finish. Rest assured that our administrative team will be in constant communication with you to keep you posted on your construction schedule and to remind you of anything that is needed.
  5. LIFE IN YOUR NEW HOME - We always have our eyes on the end goal. Our priority is to get you into your new home. We believe in meeting deadlines and budget, and exceeding expectations. We're proud to say that many of our clients become friends.
